Location

The Purcellville Skate Project is pleased to report that we have secured land, owned by VDOT, and leased to us through the Town of Purcellville. The property in question is located at the corner of Hirst Road and Route 287.

We couldn't be more pleased with this location as it offers several important advantages:

- Adjacent to the WO&D bike trail

- Natural trees and berms, which will abate potential noise

- The proximity to Route 7 allows easy access

- Ample planned parking space at this location will accommodate all anticipated visitors

- Could easily be added to town bus routes

- The property is within the town limits

- We understand that there is no planned use for this space
